Lazydays Scavenger Hunt

Lazydays is an RV sales and repair company that sponsored a scavenger hunt for Fulltime Families, a group for people like us who live in their RV. We had one month to find and submit 98 photos of very challenging items. The last two weeks I nearly gave up as soon as the new lists came out! In the end we submitted EVERY SINGLE ITEM and won the whole thing! Our prize, $250 that we spent on diesel, of course. The hunt took us to some interesting places and had us do things we would never do normally. Here are some of our favorite photos from the hunt.

Croquet mallets (found at a flea market)

A farm animal

On a real construction vehicle (in front of Lowes)

Showing off the Lazy Days website with paper airplanes (at the Dayton National Air Museum)

Holding Lava

In a walk-in freezer (at Max & Erma's)

Replicating a mannequin (Journey is convinced)

In a hot air balloon basket (this was one of the hardest items)

Your family as a band- my little Pots & Pans Band

Random act of kindness (Asher came up with the idea to push someone's cart to their car for them.)

In a shirt from Arizona (Grandma's shirt)

Showing off the Lazy Days Crown Club page while wearing a crown

Caution tape

A family totem pole

Mustaches!

A photo with twins (this was the easiest one)

A reflection (on the carrousel in Mansfield)

Hanging upside down

An Alaska or Hawaii license plate (we found this after searching all week!)

With a live frog

An ice cream truck (at the Twinsburg twins festival)

Doing a slam dunk (in Glen's barn)

Colored tongues (after eating popsicles)

We had a lot of fun doing this hunt. Asher has asked me multiple times since it ended if we have any new scavenger items to do. We hope to participate again next year.

  1. I like that the biggest person is the top of the totem pole.
