Frogs

On our first visit to Millstone Creek Park in Westerville, we were met with such strong, loud croaks of bullfrogs that we thought they couldn't be real. They were. We returned later with nets and a bucket, set to catch a few. They turned out to be much faster than we expected, but we did manage to catch two and took one home to grandpa's pond. The other was an escape artist.

By the way, the park also has this awesome electronic game. You have to run around and hit each circle as it lights up. You can even play against someone, in which case it lights up with two different colors and you have to hit all of your colors before your opponent. Super fun and good exercise when you play it for a few games straight.

A couple weeks later we found a new tree frog at Grandpa's house each day for three days in a row! They're called Gray Tree Frogs.

Journey LOVED them! She wanted to hold them all the time and yes, even kissed them.

This one had the most amazing coloring.

He spent a couple hours just laying contentedly on my arm (when Journey wasn't holding him).
