Buttermilk Falls and Taughannock Falls, The Finger Lakes, NY

We just fell in love with the Finger Lakes area. When unexpected little spots like this are all around, how can you not?

This is Buttermilk Falls trail with my parents leading the way.

Taughannock Falls- a 215ft waterfall overlooking a gorge trail with 400ft cliff walls on both sides in some sections. Walking on the somewhat dry rock riverbed was a fun experience.
