Ahupua'a O Kahana State Park is a diverse park with a rainforest, mountains and ocean. It offers camping right along the bay among the trees. This would be a fantastic place to camp.
We were surprised to find leaves bigger than Asher!
We hiked the Kapa'ele'ele Ko'a trail, yes that's really the name.
We found really interesting trees and enjoyed a lovely view of Kahana Bay.
The roots were unlike any we've seen before.
